Plancun is an independent travel planning and informational website focused on Cancun, Mexico. We provide guides, tips, and recommendations related to travel planning, and we participate in various affiliate marketing programs, meaning we may earn a commission when you click certain links or make purchases through partner websites linked from the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
